How to Apply

Eden College offers both full-time and part-time programs to upgrade your existing skills, work towards a designation and provide skills training for a career. Part-time programs/courses are best suited to students who are interested in pursuing only a few courses each term and/or students who work full-time. Study on-campus, or take advantage of distance education and online courses.
Start a new program in different months - there's still time to apply. We are continuing to review applications and make offers to domestic and international students! Keep an eye on your email so you can accept your offer quickly.

Your application process will vary depending on the program you're applying to and your particular pathway into Eden College. Before you apply, review the steps you need to take and the requirements you need to meet to ensure a smooth and successful application.

Step 1 - Find your program
Eden College offers both full-time programs and part-time courses in Business, Aesthetics, and Computer applications. Find the program that's the best fit for you.

Not sure which program to take? Our Student Advisors can help point you in the right direction. Give us a call at (905) 857-0005 and we can help you take the next step.

Step 2 - Check the admission requirements
Admission requirements are displayed on each program page to help you understand the requirements specific to your program of choice. In addition to the minimum College Eligibility requirements, you may also have to satisfy program-specific admission requirements.

Step 3 - Apply online

  • Please email the signed application form, scanned copies of your transcripts and other required application documents to admissions@edencollege.ca.
  • Application Fee: Our admissions team will send you an email that includes payment options, and the payment due date.

Applicants who have prior education from outside of Canada will receive an email from our admissions team outlining the next steps for credential assessment. If you have any questions, please contact us at admissions@edencollege.ca.

Step 4 - After you apply (Application processing)
After Eden College has received your completed application, it will be reviewed by our Admissions Team. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Eden College prioritizes and will only process complete applications. An application is considered complete once all required information and original document scans have been received in the required format.

Step 5 - Accept your offer
You did it! Accept your offer and pay your acceptance deposit before the date indicated in your letter of admission to save your spot!
To avoid losing your offer, make sure you:

- Accept your offer of admission by the deadline specified in your admission letter.

- Pay your fees by the fee deadline.

Step 6 - Apply for a Study Permit or Visa (For International Students)

International students must have a valid study permit to study in Canada, if the program is more than 6 months and/or their intention is to study longer than 6 months. For details, please refer to the website of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Apply for a Study Permit using your Eden College offer letter, fee receipt and other documents required by IRCC.

Step 7 - Notify Admissions of Study Permit Approval (For International Students)
Notify your Admissions Team when your study permit application is approved.

To successfully enroll the program, international students must -

- provide a copy of your letter of introduction issued by IRCC one month before your program before you enter Canada; and

- provide a copy of your study permit before your program starts after you enter Canada.

Deferral of Admissions due to study permit delayed.

Students can defer to the next available intake if they wish to study at Eden College but experience delays or denials in their visa processing, provided that seats are still available for the intended program or any alternative program at that time. To support your deferral request, please provide proof of your Study Permit application in process or a copy of the official Visa/Study Permit Refusal Letter from IRCC.
