Surveys of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are conducted annually for each College of Applied Arts & Technology in Ontario by an independent research firm on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and Colleges Ontario.
Measurement Criteria
Performance measurement through the collection of KPIs is an important tool to promote quality and accountability in the sector. The Superintendent has defined five KPIs to measure PCC performance, in a consistent manner across the sector, against established goals and objectives.
