Overview
This 37-week diploma program provides students with hands-on training in accounting and payroll as well as the use of computerized accounting systems. This program will introduce the fundamental concepts of bookkeeping and accounting, financial analysis and control, and payroll. You will also learn how to use a variety of industry standard software, including QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, ACCPAC, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. Upon completion of this program, you will have the necessary skills to keep a set of books, both manually and on a computerized system.
